Managing your Audio Conference
A simple 3-step process is all that is required to access your virtual meeting room.
- Notify your participants of the date and time
- Dial your MeetingSpace phone number
- Enter your Host Access Code
Participants simply dial the MeetingSpace number at the pre-arranged time and enter the Participant Access Code to automatically join the conference call.
Your MeetingSpace number is always reserved for you and never changes. The separate Host and Participant Access Codes ensure that the meeting remains secure!

eziMeetings Web is a simple yet powerful web conferencing service that allows users to connect from their PC or laptop to meet instantly and share documents, and presentations in a secure virtual environment that is conveniently accessible, anywhere and at anytime.
By combining the two most used business tools – the telephone and computer – eziMeetings Web enables you to show your computer screen in real-time to multiple participants whilst conversing on the telephone. Its as easily as if they were looking over your shoulder!
Managing your Web Conference
Your eziMeetings Web account is automatically set up when you register for an eziMeetings Audio account. In order to initiate your first session you will need to install desktop software. Once this is done, eziMeetings Web is installed on your computer and available to use whenever you need it.
A simple 3-step process is all that is required to host a web conferencing session:
- Launch the eziMeetings Web software from your desktop
- Enter your eziMeetings Web address and Password
- Note the session code provided
In the meantime ask the participants to visit your personal eziMeetings Web page and enter the session code provided. Within seconds participants can 'Join the Session' and view the host's screen in real-time.
